1. General

  • Smriti Perfumes is a handcrafted, alcohol-free perfume brand. All products are made in small batches with natural ingredients.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or purchasing under the supervision of a guardian.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) and may be updated without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of payment.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–6 working days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • Smriti Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personal and intimate nature of perfumes, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product is opened/used.

  • In case of damage or defect in a sealed product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will assist you with a replacement.

5. Usage & Allergies

  • Smriti Perfumes are crafted with natural oils. However, skin sensitivities may vary.

  • We recommend a patch test before use. Apply on clothes if you have very sensitive skin.

  • Smriti Perfumes is not responsible for individual allergic reactions or misuse of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content including brand name, logo, product stories, images, and text are the intellectual property of Smriti Perfumes.

  • Reproduction, copying, or misuse without permission is prohibited.
