At Smriti Perfumes, we maintain the highest quality standards for all our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:

No Return / No Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please email us at info@smritiperfumes.com with the following:

1. An uncut/unedited video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time.

2. Photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

3. Claims without video proof of unboxing will not be eligible for replacement.

4. Approval of Claims

Our team will review the submitted evidence. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.
